We are excited to announce the opening of Tennessee Center for Medical Weight Loss, one of Chattanooga's few physician-supervised weight loss programs, available to men and women in the Chattanooga and Cleveland area. The Center is affiliated with the national organization, The Center for Medical Weight Loss, a highly successful weight loss program in over 300 locations nationwide.
